This document is the manual for the HIV Quality Measures (HIVQM) module, an optional data report from HRSA HAB that allows Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients to allow recipients and providers to voluntarily enter aggregate data on HAB performance measures.
Ryan White Data Support (RWDS) is funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB).
