This self-paced training developed by WRMA on behalf of the Office of Child Care (OCC) provides an overview of the OCC Monitoring Process for state and territory administrators and their partners as they begin the monitoring process. Participants learn about OCC’s monitoring approach, the topics included, and who will be engaged. In addition, the training discusses the three phases of monitoring, key activities occurring within each, and the next steps in the OCC monitoring process.
