WRMA examined key child maltreatment indicators during the initial period following the declaration of national health emergency for COVID-19. This data brief describes the volume of reports receiving a CPS response coming from each report source, the percent of these reports that were substantiated, and the duration of CPS investigations during this 13-week period compared with the same period in prior years.
